Shipping & Returns

Shipping

  • Delivery speed: 1–3 business days for in-stock items after your order is dispatched.

  • Processing time: Orders placed before 12:00 (local time) ship same day; otherwise next business day.

  • Order tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

  • Shipping rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level.

  • Shipping areas: We ship domestically and to select international destinations. Duties/taxes for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Carrier delays: Weather, customs, or carrier issues may extend delivery times. We’ll help monitor your parcel if delays occur.

  • Address issues: Please ensure your address is correct. Undeliverable packages returned to us can be reshipped (additional postage may apply).

Order Updates & Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact support@nuvrel.com immediately. We can’t modify orders that have already shipped.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with original tags/packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, final-sale/clearance items, personalized items, and hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., underwear) unless faulty.

  • Bundles: Items sold as sets must be returned as a full set.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email returns@nuvrel.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely and ship using the provided instructions.

Unless the item is defective or we made an error, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If we provide a prepaid label, we may deduct the label cost from your refund.

Refunds

  • Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2–5 business days; your bank/card may take 3–10 business days to post the credit.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • For the fastest exchange, place a new order for the correct item and start a return for the original.

  • Alternatively, request a direct exchange via returns@nuvrel.com (subject to stock availability).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@nuvrel.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
